FAQS

Do I need an appointment for Urgent Care?

No. Walk-ins are welcome at husto Urgent Care. You may call us at (725) 527-8899 for the latest update on wait times. Primary care visits and physicals are scheduled in advance.

Does husto accept insurance?

As a newly opened clinic, husto is currently self-pay only while we complete the insurance credentialing process with Medicare and the major health plans in Southern Nevada. This is a standard process for every new practice.

We expect to begin accepting insurance in the first quarter of 2027. In the meantime, you can be seen today with simple, upfront self-pay pricing. You will also receive an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurer if your plan allows.

We will notify our patients by email, text, and on this website as soon as our insurance contracts are active.

How much does a visit cost without insurance?

Self-pay urgent care visits at husto start at $159 per visit depending on complexity. Our posted prices already include a prompt-pay discount for patients who pay in full at the time of service, and lab tests, procedures, and medications are priced individually so you only pay for what you need. We accept HSA and FSA debit cards, all major credit and debit cards, and cash. See our Self-Pay Pricing page for physicals, lab tests, procedures, and vaccines.

What conditions does husto Urgent Care treat?

Our Las Vegas Urgent Care treats cold and flu, COVID-19, strep throat, sinus and ear infections, urinary tract infections, STI testing and treatment, rashes and allergic reactions, cuts that need stitches, sprains and strains, minor burns, nausea and vomiting, dehydration, sports and school physicals, and work injuries.

When should I go to the emergency room instead of Urgent Care?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Examples include, but are not limited to, chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, head injury with loss of consciousness, seizures, and severe abdominal pain. This list is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. If you are unsure whether your condition is an emergency, call 911. For non-emergency questions, contact us at (725) 527-8899.

What is the difference between Urgent Care and Primary Care?

Urgent Care treats illnesses and injuries that need attention today but are not life threatening, such as colds, flu, strep throat, sprains, cuts, and infections. Primary Care is your long-term medical home for annual physicals, screenings, vaccines, and managing conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and asthma. At husto you can use either service or both.

Do you see children?

Yes. husto urgent care welcomes patients ages 6 and up. Primary care and membership services are offered to children ages 12-17 and adults ages 18 and older.

What should I bring to my visit?

  • A government issued photo ID
  • Your insurance card, if you plan to use insurance
  • A list of current medications and allergies
  • Any forms that need to be completed, such as school, sports, or employer paperwork
  • A parent or guardian for patients under 18

How long will my visit take?

Most urgent care patients are roomed within minutes of check-in, and a typical visit is complete in under an hour. You can complete registration and consent forms from your phone before you arrive or at the front desk kiosk.

Which insurance plans will you accept?

Once credentialing is complete, husto expects to accept Medicare and most major commercial, Medicare Advantage, and employer trust plans in Southern Nevada, including but not limited to:

  • Aetna and Aetna Medicare
  • Allwell
  • Ambetter
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • CHAMPVA
  • Cigna
